Shipping Policy

Live Plants

We believe that bringing the beauty of nature into your home should be a seamless and joyful experience. That’s why for our plant orders, we ship year-round (with rare exceptions for extreme weather conditions). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within approximately 4 business days.

Free shipping is offered on all live plant orders.

Merch Shipping Policy

  • We ship merch items (apparel, accessories, printed goods) only to the continental United States.
  • All merch ships free.
  • Merch items are produced on demand and may be fulfilled separately from live plants.
  • Production and fulfillment timelines for merch may differ from those for plant shipments.
  • Orders containing both plants and merch may ship in separate shipments.

Returns & Refunds

Plant Returns & Refunds

We take great care to ensure plants arrive healthy and vibrant in our custom eco-friendly packaging.

  • If your plant arrives in less than perfect condition, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will send a replacement.
  • For unused accessories or planters (not live plants), we offer free returns—contact us to receive a free return label.
  • We are unable to refund products that arrive damaged at our warehouse.

Merch Returns & Refunds

Merch products follow different guidelines than live plants. Because these items are custom printed on demand, we only accept returns in the case of:

  • Defective items
  • Misprinted items
  • Damaged items

To request a merch return or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.
  • No returns for color preference or changes of mind.
  • Any previous references to overseas print partners have been removed; merch ships only within the continental U.S.

International Shipping

  • Merch: We do not offer international shipping. Merch ships only to the continental United States.
  • Plants: Existing plant shipping rules apply unless otherwise updated.

  • Policies may be updated at any time; the version posted on our website reflects the most current terms.
  • Orders containing both plant and merch items may arrive in multiple shipments.
