Typically, we will have your order ready for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time it was placed. Once your botanical treasures embark on their voyage, they are expected to arrive within 4 business days, greeting you with vibrant and healthy foliage.

At Pistils & Pollen, we understand the importance of delivering healthy and vibrant plants to your doorstep. We take great care in our custom eco-friendly packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your botanical treasures. However, we also recognize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur.
If, by any chance, your plant arrives in less than perfect condition, we are here to support you. Simply reach out to us within 30 days after receiving your plant, and we will gladly send you a replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make sure you have the flourishing greenery you deserve.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to refund products that arrive damaged at our warehouse.
